             CARA MEMBUAT KUE BROWNIES KENTANG COKLAT


Potato Brownies Chocolate Cake Ingredients :
  • 60 grams of margarine
  • 60 ml thick coconut milk instant
  • 60 grams of white cooking chocolate, cut into pieces
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of potatoes, steamed, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon emulsifier (sp / tbm)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 80 grams of cake flour
  • 3 drops of yellow dye
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown paste

How to make Chocolate Potato Cake Brownies :
  •  Melt the margarine. Add white cooking chocolate. Stir until the chocolate dissolves. Add coconut milk. Stir well.
  • Beat eggs, sugar, potatoes, emulsifier, and salt until fluffy.
  • Add flour as she sifted and mix evenly. Enter a little margarine mixture while stirring.
  •  For the second part. One section add yellow coloring, adding one more piece of chocolate pasta. Stir well.
  •  Pour batter in pan 24 x 10 x 7 cm yellow the paper di alas bread without smeared margarine. Steam 10 minutes over medium heat.
  •  Pour the chocolate batter on top. Steam 20 minutes until cooked.
